Martial Arts Programs
Little Dragons - Our Lil Dragons (ages 4-5) focus on developing listening skills, self control, coordination and the basics of Mixed Martial Arts. This class also gives our students a jump start on fitness, social skills, and self confidence. We achieve this through a fun-filled, yet disciplined, classroom atmosphere.
Champion Martial Arts - Our children's (ages 6-11) program combines traditional martial arts training with high level character development and state of the art teaching methods. Your children learn self-defense, improve physical fitness, boost self-esteem and confidence, and develop leadership skills.
Teen Martial Arts - Our teen class (ages 12-16) is a well rounded Mixed MArtial Arts program for teenagers to work out with kids their own age. The classes involve fitness, self-defense, and multiple martial arts disciplines to keep their interest while increaseing their confidence, self-esteem, discipline, focus and leadership abilities to know how to handle buillies and peer pressure.
Adult Martial Arts - Our adult classes (Ages 17 and up) are exciting and fun. Your learn mutliple martial arts for well-rounded self-defense, while getting into shape, burning calories and fat, relieving stress, gaining flexibility, developing discipline and focus, and making new friends.
Martial Arts Birthday Parties - Make your child's next birthday party a blast. Our parties are supervised by expert martial arts instructors who entertain your guests with fun activities, games, and martial arts training. Your superstars will even cut their cake with a real sword.
Mixed Martial Arts Classes
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu - Our world famous Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program will leave you feeling empowered and unstoppable. You will learn how to use and defend yourself from ground attacks, submission holds, throws, grappling and joint locking techniques regardless of your size or gender. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu has dominated the mixed martial arts for its combat effectivness.
Muay Thai Kickboxing - Muay Thai Kickboxing provides a great cardio-based workout to burn fat while building strength and endurance with an emphasis on fists, elbows, knees and shin techniques.
Taekwondo - Taekwondo is a traditional Korean martial art that focuses on developing strong values and undomitable spirit. Taekwondo is famous for its heavy emphasis on kicking and distance striking techniques.
